PIFF
Prestige International Film Festival is an enormous event organized by the Mass Communication Department of the Prestige Institute of Management and Research, Indore. Introduced in 2017, the event aims at enriching the knowledge of students about the film industry or the cinema. Not only that, but it also helps the students to showcase their talent, and their skills as the event are organized by the students. The vision of PIFF is to create a comfortable yet creative space for students where they can learn, create and challenge themselves in aspects of cinema.
PIFF is also a great opportunity for filmmakers and eclectic communities to share their ideas with the youth. Several discussion panels our organized where our guests interact with the public and share their experiences about the field they belong. Our film festival has come a long way, and now we’re going to introduce the 6th edition of it. The film festival is a stage for filmmakers to convey their thoughts and stories and it’s a space full of freedom, so take a chance and come to our film festival to enjoy the magical event.
INAUGURAL CEREMONY
PIFF 2022 WAS INAUGURATED IN THE PRESENCE Ms. MANINI DE, Mr. AKHILENDRA MISHRA, Mr. ALAM KHAN, and Mr. RANJAN RAJ. FOLLOWING THIS, NADYOG, A DANCE AND MUSIC EDUCATION INSTITUTION FOUNDED BY Ms. RAGINI MAKKAR, PERFORMED. Mr. PANKAJ DIXIT WHO IS A WELL-KNOWN JOURNALIST, ANCHOR AND AUTHOR GAVE A CAPTIVATING PERFORMANCE AS WELL. AND HOW CAN WE FORGET Ms. BHARTI DIXIT’S EXQUISIT PERFORMANCE OF DASTANGOI, WHICH WAS THE EVENT’S STANDOUT ACT.
PIFF 2020 WAS INAGURATERD IN THE PRESENCE OF CHIEF GUEST MR. SURENDRA SINGH BAGHEL (MINISTER OF MP TOURISM), PADMASHRI DR. N.N. JAIN, DR. DAVISH JAIN, MR. KIRAN KUMAR (Bollywood Actor), PADMASHRI WAMAN KENDRE, MR. RAJESH KUMAR (TV Actor) & MUHFAAD(Indian Rapper).

Masterclasses taken by luminaries provide an opportunity to explore art in a deeper way and understand its values better. Through these masterclasses, students gain valuable insights from the experts in the field, learn how to interpret art in different contexts, and develop their own artistic voice. These masterclasses also provide an opportunity for participants to engage with each other and share their experiences helping them gain a better understanding of how different people perceive art differently.
